Pre-Order Policy

At CardboardCrack, we offer pre-order opportunities on selected products to allow customers to reserve upcoming releases before they become available. Pre-order items are purchased in advance and will be shipped once the product is released and available.

By placing a pre-order with CardboardCrack, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pre-Order Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not currently available for immediate shipment.
Payment may be required at the time the pre-order is placed to secure your reservation.
Pre-order availability and estimated release dates are subject to change.
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee an exact delivery date, as release schedules may be affected by suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping delays.

Shipping of Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, CardboardCrack may ship items together once all products are available unless otherwise arranged.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation when their pre-order has been dispatched.

Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request changes or cancellations to a pre-order before the item has been processed for shipment.
Cancellation approval is subject to CardboardCrack’s review and applicable order conditions.
Once a pre-order has been shipped, standard return and refund policies will apply.

Release Date Changes

Estimated release dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to circumstances outside of CardboardCrack’s control.
CardboardCrack will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays or changes.

Refunds and Returns

Refund requests for pre-order items must follow CardboardCrack’s refund and return policies.
If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or is cancelled by CardboardCrack, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be provided where applicable.
