At CardboardCrack, we carefully process, pack, and ship your orders to ensure your products arrive safely. For orders placed outside the UK, please refer to our International Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Pre-orders will be shipped on or shortly after the official release date. Please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for further details.

UK Delivery

Available UK delivery options include:

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Tracked Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Qualifying orders may be eligible for free shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or other delivery disruptions.

Packaging

We take care when preparing every order.

  • Sealed products are securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit.

  • Trading cards and individual items are protected using appropriate packaging methods, including sleeves, top loaders, protective mailers, or other suitable materials where required.

Our goal is to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it left our facility.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email where tracking is available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

For damaged deliveries, please contact us as soon as possible and provide any relevant details or photographs so we can help.
